yesterday when a patient asked me for a phone book. She laughed at me. Looking back on it today I'm sure that I had a blank look on my face.
What in the WORLD lady do you need a phone book for? I have one word for you GOOGLE.
A generational gap perhaps?

I hear ya. Whenever I had people ask me for a phone book at work, I'd offer to look it up for them instead. What a hassle!
