Ode to Costco
I've decided that I have developed quite an unhealthy addiction. Yes, My name is Halley and I'm an addict. A Costco addict. I can't help myself I simply love the place. I decided that I had a problem a few weeks ago on a Friday night, the start of spring break, when Aaron asked me where I wanted to go/do to celebrate our momentary freedom. My all to quick reply was of course Costco!
However one of the reasons I love Costco so much is that it is dinner AND a show. Yes, sadly, I get my kicks people watching whilst sitting in the food court underneath the Coca-coal umbrellas (there purpose for being there I have yet to determine) and eating my polish dog. Aside from the people watching thrills I am also addicted to the following products sold there. Some because they are so much cheaper, and some because of the heavenly, mouth watering, gotta have it, can't find it anywhere else taste. So here it is, my usual Costco shopping list (judge me if you will)...
Strawberries, strawberries and more strawberries
Chocolate Milk (there's nothing like it, believe me I've looked)
Raw Tortillas
Cheese (this is taste & cost category)
Dipped Ice Cream bars w/ roasted almonds (from the food court DIVINE!)
Baby Spinach
Grape tomatoes
Polish Dogs (again cost & taste) w/ drink hello can't beat that deal
Kashi Cereal
Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls
V8 juice.....
and any other random odds and ends/ impulse buys. Add in all of the free food samples and cool random stuff they get in every week and I'm a gonner. What can I say, I just can't get enough.
